Delegate Anders moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 4,immediately following line 39,

by inserting the following new subsection:

“(j) Any county that enacts a public safety sales or amusement tax pursuant to this act shall act to repeal all fire fees, and/or fire and ambulance fees, within 18 months of enacting of that tax.
